Privacy Policy

Minosin AB ("we", "us", "our") is a Swedish company registered in Stockholm. We operate RelTest and are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

What We Collect

  • Email address — provided when you sign in to view your results. Used to deliver your results and, if purchased, your full report.
  • Quiz answers — your responses to the 10 relationship readiness questions. Stored so you can access your results later.
  • Usage data — anonymous analytics collected via Google Analytics (page views, device type, approximate location). No personally identifiable information is included.

How We Use Your Data

  • To provide and deliver the service — generating your analysis, sending results to your email, and delivering purchased reports.
  • To generate your AI-powered analysis — your quiz answers are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI does not use this data to train their models. No personally identifiable information (such as your email) is sent to OpenAI.
  • To improve the service — aggregated, anonymous usage statistics help us understand how the service is used.

Storage & Access

Your data is stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore, hosted in the EU. Access controls ensure that:

  • Only you can access your quiz answers and results.
  • If you choose to share your results with someone (e.g. a partner who invited you), only the people you explicitly approve will see the comparison — never your individual answers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Analytics — for anonymous usage statistics.
  • OpenAI — for generating your quiz analysis. Only quiz answers (no email or personal info) are sent.
  • Google Cloud / Firestore — for secure data storage.
  • Stripe — for payment processing if you purchase a full report. We do not store your payment details.

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate data.
  • Deletion — request that we delete all your data. We will comply within 30 days.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to certain processing of your data.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
